The DNP Executive track is a two-year, online program for nurses with a MSN degree in an advanced practice area that are actively practicing in a health care setting. With a convenient online curriculum and four onsite immersions in a small cohort format, students will gain the skills needed to transform health care at an organizational or system level.

The DNP Executive track also offers the option of a dual MPH degree with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health for nurse leaders who want to address the most critical public health challenges of our time.

The DNP Executive track also offers the option of a dual MBA degree with the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School for nurse leaders who want to promote the best clinical care while understanding the health system bottom line.

The PhD in Nursing program is taught by our world-renowned nursing faculty and enables students to develop the skills they need to implement a scientific research program and advance their careers. Students have access to cutting-edge facilities and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration with noted researchers throughout Johns Hopkins University.

MASTERS Programs

The MSN Entry into Nursing program embraces an interdisciplinary approach that enables students with a bachelor’s degree in another discipline to enter the nursing profession, continue studies through a doctoral program, or provide clinical experience toward advanced practice nursing.

The MSN in Healthcare Organizational Leadership program uses evidence-based practice principles to provide students with the tools they need to manage, evaluate, and improve patient care in an evolving healthcare delivery system.

The MSN/MBA dual degree program prepares students to provide exceptional patient care, while effecting positive change at health care leadership and corporate levels. Students learn how to use evidence-based data analysis to help set organizational policy and priorities, while being ever-mindful of patient needs.

CERTIFICATE Programs

Post-degree certificates offer an opportunity for further specialization in a field. Certificate disciplines include: Healthcare Organizational Leadership, Nursing Education, and Psychiatric Mental Health NP.
